Chase, what matters.

Sarah Strader

Chase Bank, how safe is your bank? How safe is any bank? Truth is that nothing is completely safe  or impervious form being vandalized. However, lucky for the Long Beach Police department, we are available to the city 24/7/365. We have committed to arrive on site with in 60 mins of them contacting us for emergency services. Once we arrive on site, we begin working on cleaning up the glass, removing the remaining glass as needed and securing the necessary windows and doors.

Coffee, Pastries, and Broken Glass.

Sarah Strader

Coffee, Pastries, and Broken Glass. Not the most sought after combination at your local coffee shop. Its not on the regular menu here either. Someone else thought that it should be on the midnight specials menu. Since the Long Beach police and the owner disagree with the new menu addition, we get the call to be on site and board up the door and clean up the glass. We do everything that we can to prevent additional damage to the door frame and securing the business simultaneously. This allows the business owner to continue running day-to-day operations and schedule repairs.

Late Night at the office.

Sarah Strader

Working late at the office? Maybe someone else, like a non-employee was checking out the office to see if they wanted to work with you. Or Maybe it was just a random act of vandalism. Whatever the reason, it does not keep us form coming out when called. Boarding-up the door to secure the office, when the staff arrives in the morning they are able to still arrive to a safe place and schedule the repairs.

Boarding up Long Beach one call at a time.

Under Lock and Key.

Sarah Strader

Under Lock and Key! All of our jobs are equally important and we take them in the order that they come in to our emergency call number. Small Jobs - Larger Jobs we are proud to be working with the Police department on all of there jobs. This project was to secure this entry door with a hasp and a lock. This adds an extra layer of security to a door that has been damaged.

Cricket Wireless.... Did the Crickets Chirp?

Sarah Strader

Did the cricket chirp? Well they certainly did at 3:30 a.m.! We work hard for our clients. Not many people hear the phone ring at 3 a.m.  We are always ready to go when "the call" comes in from Long Beach Police Department. This Wireless Store had a broken front door, so we board it up in a way that allows them to keep the store locked. This allows the store to coordinated with there insurance and a glass company to get the repairs completed. Sometimes the repair is very quick, occasionally this takes a day or two. They can still service their clients in the meantime.

Long Beach Sporting Goods Anyone?

Sarah Strader

When a high end Cycling Store, has windows smashed in the middle of the night. We are on the job! We actually know this kind of business well. As we are both cyclists and ridden many of miles on our own bikes, we understand the value of what this store brings to its customers and its community. With very valuable merchandise we are proud to help in boarding up this business. We are proud to lend our talents to get any business back up and protected.

As with any business, we do everything we can to eliminate any further damages to the window framing. We do this  by bracing the structure form the inside of the buildings. As we know that no business is impervious to vandalism, we are proud of the services we provide to the Cities and private owners.

Furniture & Mattresses - Midnight Flash Sale!

Sarah Strader

Midnight flash sale? Even though the store proudly displays "sale" signage we don't think the owners intended for a midnight flash sale. When a store owner is vandalized in the middle of the night. The police are contacted, in this case it was the Long Beach Police Department. We do everything we can to support the business we secure, by securing the windows and doors without adding any additional damage to the mullions of structure. By having a speedy and structured response time, methods and being prepared for any size call, we are able to help business be open even in the mist of scheduling for repairs.

As seen on KCAL 9 & KCBS

Sarah Strader

When on an early morning fire call or police board-up its not uncommon for the news to cover the story. Occasionally you will see us in the background working with the firefighters or police while securing the property. On a recent call in Los Angeles, we had the pleasure to meet one of the people that work so hard to bring you the up-to-date news, this is David Lopez of KCAL 9 and KCBS!

What would you do?

Sarah Strader

To arrive home and find your beautiful holiday wreath hanging on the door and its open... must be frighting. A million things going though you head. You were not even the one who found your house like this. We would say luckily for you, you were not home when it happened. We were called out and secured this place. Some jobs even the small ones are very important to the owner.  To have their place secured again, while people are traveling and away is a very important job that we do not take lightly.

Sleepless in Redondo Beach

Sarah Strader

Redondo Beach Police Department is a new addition to our service package, and we are glad to be a part of their support team. This project required that we secure several windows and a door.  Per usual we arrive fully loaded for any size project. We have seen this so many times yet we handle each with the same. The owner can feel violated and unsafe, we take care in make the homes and business secure from further damage.

4am Early Bird Shopping at CVS- Redondo Beach

Sarah Strader

Although CVS is not open 24/7, some may think so. Several companies are open 24/7, like us. We strive to secure the doors so they can remain functional and operational. This sliding door still had a functional lock, so we added a little notch out so the manager and owner could continue to lock the store. We are not alway able to avoid screwing into the metal door frame. This is always based on function of the window or door. This door was able to be operational when they opened later that morning.  We leave the property clear of the broken glass on the sidewalk and secure so they can schedule repairs.

Skylight -not- H20 Light

Sarah Strader

When the rain comes to Southern California, we know that it shows us issues, and not just on the roads. As we do not get rain most of the year, when we do it shines a large light on the small issues with our homes and businesses.

These skylights were not intended to be a water feature. When we are able to get on the roof to tarp the skylights (as we do not climb on roofs in the rain, for safety reasons) we secure them from the rain and elements.

Now these lovely clients have a Ocean Blue color in the skylight. (AKA- Blue Tarp)

Servepro Tustin

Sarah Strader

As our clients vary, so do the locations. We are honored to be a partner with Servepro Tustin, as our services work in tandem. This has become a great partnership. We provide "on call" emergency board up services for them. Securing broken windows, doors, tarping roofs to protect against rain and leaks, hasp locks, chains on gates and other services for the clients they serve on an as needed basis.

Fire in Long Beach

Sarah Strader

When a fire breaks out in Long Beach, we are called by the dispatch center. The expectation for us is the same as the Fire Department, to arrive swiftly and prepared. Which we do every time. We are proud and honored to work along side our men and women in the police and fire departments. They are incredibly diligent ensuring that all the fire, smolders, and embers are completely out before we start to board up the property.

We secure the house so that break-ins, further damages or lookie lou's are kept out as this family can rebuild.

Long Beach -Vs- Everyone Else (clothing store)

Sarah Strader

When a Long Beach clothing store gets a broken window, we are on our way - SLS to the rescue! Once again, even a small broken widow can leave a business owner feeling vunerable and exposed. Luckily, we understand how important it is to secure even the small windows and doors.

Now the business owner can open and continue with business as usual while they schedule to have the glass replaced.

From one small business to another.

Subway EAT FRESH!

Sarah Strader

Subway Eat Fresh! For some reason someone wanted to eat fresh when they were closed. So much so that they broke a long bottom window to gain access to healthy eating. As usual, when we get the call that something like this has happened, we arrive on site with a fully loaded truck, and the ability to secure the business against further damages.  We also clean up the broken glass. The method that we use to secure the window allows them to just have the glass replaced without further damage to the window frame.

In the midnight hour!

Sarah Strader

In the midnight hour, we are out and about. Securing one property after the next. from broken windows to securing fences, doors and windows all by the wee light of our headlamp. We leave the properties secure and make it difficult for others to get in when we are done.

We take pride in what we do and come prepared with a fully loaded truck.

Are you wake at 2am? The Costa Mesa Police and We ARE!

Sarah Strader

We are honored to work with the men and women of the police department. We have been working with several of the police departments for several years, and when we have the chance to work with a new one we enjoy showing them how committed we are to delivering quality service!

This business had a broken door, and we arrived to secure the door, clean up the broken glass and  leave the business ready to be opened in the morning. They can start to schedule repairs and get the glass replaces.

Saving Grace

Sarah Strader

When your building floods and your restoration company is drying out the office. This process can sometimes take days.  Who can stay and monitor this process 24/7?  Not many people. We enjoy partnering with different types of restoration companies, and in this case we were able to provide service in tandem with the restoration company. As we secure the doors, the building can still become dry and is secure in the process. We boarded up around the drying tubes.

When a building has a flood, the drying process should not be stoped to lock the building, the risk of mold is too high. This can cause a large chain reaction of problems if drying is interrupted.
