Fire in Long Beach

Sarah Strader

When a fire breaks out in Long Beach, we are called by the dispatch center. The expectation for us is the same as the Fire Department, to arrive swiftly and prepared. Which we do every time. We are proud and honored to work along side our men and women in the police and fire departments. They are incredibly diligent ensuring that all the fire, smolders, and embers are completely out before we start to board up the property.

We secure the house so that break-ins, further damages or lookie lou's are kept out as this family can rebuild.

In the midnight hour!

Sarah Strader

In the midnight hour, we are out and about. Securing one property after the next. from broken windows to securing fences, doors and windows all by the wee light of our headlamp. We leave the properties secure and make it difficult for others to get in when we are done.

We take pride in what we do and come prepared with a fully loaded truck.

Saving Grace

Sarah Strader

When your building floods and your restoration company is drying out the office. This process can sometimes take days.  Who can stay and monitor this process 24/7?  Not many people. We enjoy partnering with different types of restoration companies, and in this case we were able to provide service in tandem with the restoration company. As we secure the doors, the building can still become dry and is secure in the process. We boarded up around the drying tubes.

When a building has a flood, the drying process should not be stoped to lock the building, the risk of mold is too high. This can cause a large chain reaction of problems if drying is interrupted.

Can you hear me NOW!

Sarah Strader

Can you hear me now? Well they certainly could at the Verizon Store on Long Beach Blvd. at 3:30 a.m.! We work hard for our clients. Not many people hear the phone ring at 3 a.m.  We are always ready to go when "the call" comes in from Long Beach Police Department. This Verizon Store had a broken front door, so we board it up in a way that allows them to keep the store locked. This allows the store to coordinated with there insurance and a glass company to get the repairs completed. Sometimes the repair is very quick, occasionally this takes a day or two. They can still service their clients in the meantime.

Rejuvenate Spa. Emergency Rejuvenation!

Sarah Strader

We don't think that the Rejuvenate Spa intended there name to be taken literally. They did not intend for there front door to get a treatment. Luckily for them we are on call 24/7/365. When a break-in happens are arrive within an hour, we are greeted by the Long Beach Police, as they remain on site as we secure the property and clear the glass. Once the property is secure the owner and tenant can schedule the repairs, and can still operate the business.

If a wall falls down and no-one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?

Sarah Strader

Well, what do you think? Would a 20' heigh x 24' wide wall make a sound?

We think it absolutely, because our phone rang! Not the same kind of noise, we know. However when we get the call, we respond. This was a late safety issue for the City of Long Beach and we responded the someday to evaluate the situation.
