Better than a deadbolt!

Better than a deadbolt!

When the Long Beach Police are called to the location they do not always know what they are walking into. They remain on site with us until we finish. We boarded up broken doors, clean up broken glass and secure fences with chain and locks. Needing chain and a lock is something that we stock on our trucks all the time.  We also document before and after photos for the police department. This helps the owner know what the damage looked like prior to us securing the property.

Eyelash Extensions? Anyone...

When the Long Beach Police are called to the location they do not always know what they are walking into. We do not either, luckily the Police ensure that the site is clear of any mischief so we can perform our work. They remain on site with us until we finish. We do everything we can to make sure the site is secure and store manager and owner can gain access upon returning to work and schedule the needed repairs.

Can you hear me NOW!

Sarah Strader

Can you hear me now? Well they certainly could at the Verizon Store on Long Beach Blvd. at 3:30 a.m.! We work hard for our clients. Not many people hear the phone ring at 3 a.m.  We are always ready to go when "the call" comes in from Long Beach Police Department. This Verizon Store had a broken front door, so we board it up in a way that allows them to keep the store locked. This allows the store to coordinated with there insurance and a glass company to get the repairs completed. Sometimes the repair is very quick, occasionally this takes a day or two. They can still service their clients in the meantime.

3AM in Long Beach are you awake?

Sarah Strader

At 3 a.m. in Long Beach, are you awake? We sure are! When someone breaks a window, in the wee hours in of the morning it needed to be boarded up. The reasons why we board things up are vast. To prevent the culprit form returning after everyone has cleared out, to secure the property, to prevent further damage, or to give the owner piece of mind. We secured this window to not cause further damage to the frame. This way the property owner can just have the glass replaced. We do our best to prevent further repairs, such as replacing the whole window frame. We make sure that it is secure and not easy to regain entry to the property until repairs can be scheduled.

Fire Emergency

Sarah Strader

Fire can take a hold of a property quickly. As the fire department works virigiously to extinguish the fire. We received the call and dispatched our team with a truck equipped with all supplies (sometimes two trucks) to close up and secure the property. A homeowner or business owner has a lot to deal with, that is why we are contacted to secure and enclose the property from any further damages. This gives you time to regroup.

Stay safe out there!

Late Night Nails & Eats

Sarah Strader

Occasionally when we get a emergency call, and the location is a business complex for several shops the damages can spill over from one business to another. This site visit showed that two  business had broken glass on entry doors. As we usually do, we secure the doors, so that repairs can be scheduled. We clean up the exterior of the site to be free and clear of broken glass and debris related to the break in.

Emergency Board Up!

Sarah Strader

We get called out to properties for a verity of situations. Sometimes its for break-ins, smashed glass, jimmied doors, or evictions and even property closures. We work with a variety of agencies, police, and fire departments, as well as private clients. These clients have a wide spectrum of needs and we work diligently in accommodating our clients requirements. This board up and secured property required additional posted signage when we finished.

When it Rains in CA- it pours!

Sarah Strader

When it rains in Southern California, it creates instering situations. What you cannot see in this photo was the "before" a car slid off the road went airborne, and landed nose up leaning on this roof. Truly deifying the laws is physics.

As more of a storm front moves in we secured this roof from further damage and the second storm front of rain.

As we know, dealing with insurance companies may not always be imidiate, however we are.
