We have seen this too many times, as a fire can damage one house, it can also do more damage to an apartment complex or multi family building. It is very sad to see, however everyone got out with only minor injuries. We are proud to get the call from one of our service providers to come and board up projects for them. We understand that these families have been through a lot at this point. So securing the building so no further damage can be done is what we do. 

We get creative on the spot and come up with a way to fix, repair, or adjust to a situation or a need. This is our strong suit, its truly what we are known for. Well that, and being on time.

Board-Up Sandwich... This is a way to secure a property without damaging the door or window.  It is the board up solution of choice when we have access to the inside of the property.  This allows the property owner to replace the glass and not the whole window or door.

The Police ensure that the site is clear of any mischief so we can perform our work. They remain on site with us until we finish. We do everything we can to make sure the site is secure so the owner can gain access upon returning and schedule the needed repairs.

Doughnuts & More! Much More.

Another day and other board up, this little shop had just a broken window. When we work with business owners on a main access door, we make an "sandwich" to secure the door which does not damage the door and make repair costs much less.  This type of board-up is only possible when there is access to the inside.  This type of board-up allows the owners to lock and unlock the door, so they do not experience much or any down time.

When we arrive on site we assess the situation for the materials needed to complete the project. After measuring the openings, we cut the wood to begin boarding up the windows, doors, garages, and even rebuilding corners of buildings, whatever is needed.

Contemplating the meaning of LIFE!

Large or small we can literally do it ALL! This was the week one person or people, smashed a window in every storefront on the same street. Luckily for us we work closely with the Long Beach Police Department. They know us, how reliable we are, and that we show up fully loaded and ready to rock. So, although this project was one of many on the same street we had all of the supplies to handle it all on our truck. 

We take pride in working along side our first responder men and women.

Red Light Special

Red light special on Willow Street, Long Beach! 

For us this is simple... just to secure the door with a chain and a lock. However, for the business owner who's door has been broken it will no longer lock. This can be a very stressful ordeal for a business owner or a home owner. We are here to the rescue! 

When the police department gets called for an incidence like this or many others, they call us.

Better than a deadbolt!

Better than a deadbolt! 

When the Long Beach Police are called to the location they do not always know what they are walking into. They remain on site with us until we finish. We boarded up broken doors, clean up broken glass and secure fences with chain and locks. Needing chain and a lock is something that we stock on our trucks all the time.  We also document before and after photos for the police department. This helps the owner know what the damage looked like prior to us securing the property.

Pizza Pizza

Pizza Pizza.  Anytime is a good time for a $5 hot and ready pizza. We are not sure that this store chain intended for the front door to be a part of this awesome deal. We secured the door and left a hole for the lock so it is still functional and serve pizza.

Long Beach Car Dealership.

Long Beach car dealership.  Mid morning this card dealership got a broken window. Not all of our calls happen in the wee hours of the night, occasionally they happen in broad day light - like this one. 

This board up we needed to add the additional pieces of wood as a step to hold the top board in place so we can secure it. We cleaned up all the outside glass to leave the sidewalk free and clear of dangerous items.

Late night facial waxing anyone? Possibly someone had a waxing emergency, that could not wait until morning or for a waxing technician to get into work. 

When we arrive on site, then police had processed the scene and they stay on site with us until we finish.

4th Meal - Late Night Taco Bell

When your midnight craving hits, and Taco Bell is closed, occasionally some people simply cannot wait until they open again at 5am. When the Long Beach Police are called to the location they do not always know what they are walking into. We do not either, luckily the Police ensure that the site is clear of any mischief so we can perform our work. They remain on site with us until we finish. We do everything we can to make sure the site is secure and store manager and owner can gain access upon returning to work and schedule the needed repairs. Occasionally, when we don't have access to the inside, we have to screw the boards directly to the door and window frames.

Safe and Secure

When you call 911, they have to call someone to secure a property and it is not the Ghostbusters. It's us! We are proud to work with the City of Long Beach Police and Fire departments. As we work to provide excellent service and arrive on-site in an hour or less. As we work with the city to board up offices or residences that have been broken into, damaged, or are abandoned and in some cases people have gained access. We secure the properties doors, windows and any fences or access points.

Long Beach - 911

911 Long Beach, safety glass is a good thing as it crumbles. Could you imagine if this came down as a large jagged pane of glass. Not only would the business owner have to deal with the broken glass, they would have the potential of injured patrons. When we arrive onsite the Long Beach Police remains on site with us until we complete the work needed to secure the windows or doors.  Sometimes we have to built a frame to secure the property. We clean up the shattered glass as part of our service.  This allows the business to reopen and schedule the repairs.

AT&T Store - Long Beach

If its broken and no-one is around to hear it, did it happen?  Well they certainly did at 2am.! Because the Long Beach Police called us. We work hard for our clients. Not many people hear the phone ring at 2 a.m.  We are always ready to go when "the call" comes in from Long Beach Police Department. This Wireless Store had a broken lower window so we board it up in a way that allows them to keep the store locked. This allows the store to coordinated with there insurance and a glass company to get the repairs completed. Sometimes the repair is very quick, occasionally this takes a day or two. They can still service their clients in the meantime.
