Another day and other board up, this little shop had just a broken window. When we work with business owners on a main access door, we make an "sandwich" to secure the door which does not damage the door and make repair costs much less.  This type of board-up is only possible when there is access to the inside.  This type of board-up allows the owners to lock and unlock the door, so they do not experience much or any down time.

Fill in the gaps, and get it under lock and key. Simple enough when your truck is fully loaded. We are always locked and loaded and ready to roll. Projects that we excel at doing, are typically a big deal for the home or business owner. We have a unique skill set - we make it difficult for anyone to break-in when were finished. Some boards-up require a large crew, some just one person, some are revisits. When the police or fire departments call, we show up and lock it down.

Skylight -not- H20 Light

When the rain comes to Southern California, we know that it shows us issues, and not just on the roads. As we do not get rain most of the year, when we do it shines a large light on the small issues with our homes and businesses. 

These skylights were not intended to be a water feature. When we are able to get on the roof to tarp the skylights (as we do not climb on roofs in the rain, for safety reasons) we secure them from the rain and elements. 

Now these lovely clients have a Ocean Blue color in the skylight. (AKA- Blue Tarp)

Safe and Secure!

Not all of our emergency calls are fire related, massive break-ins, a car in a building or are on the news.  However, they are important to our the store owners and to the city. We treat all of our calls with the same level of importance. This emergency call was easy enough to secure with a hasp and a lock.

Break-in and no ones home?

What happens when no-one is home and you have a break-in? What happens is someone calls the poliece or your alarm company calls. Then the 911 dispatch calls us, as we run a 24/7/365 emergency board-up.  We get called out for a varity of projects. Large and small - we do it all.

More Broken Glass

When we get the call that a window is broken, we arrive onsite with a fully stocked truck ready to fit any size window. This rounded wall was not an issue for us. We measure the wood, and closed  the broken window so it was ready when restaurant staff showed up for work later in the morning. 

With this, the restaurant is ready for business and they are scheduling the repairs. We clean up the exterior broken glass and leave the business clean to prevent injury.

Fire in Long Beach, CA

When a fire hits, it can be quite shocking. Luckily, the Long Beach Fire Department amazing in such emergencies. When we get "the call" from Long Beach Fire Department, we imagine what you must be going through. We feel lucky to be on call for them. We arrive ready to go to work. We  have a fully loaded truck at all times. We have outfitted our trucks to be ready with a variety of tools and equipment. Our motto is to be ready to go at all times. 

We board up windows, doors, and garages to secure the property from any further damage. We have even covered roofs with plywood and rebuild door frames. Our goal is to board up and secure the property so that you can take the next steps in rebuilding.

Bakersfield - Office Building

As our clients need vary, so do our services. In this office park in Bakersfield, CA and the requirements are job specific, as we prepare for this clients requests we pre-paint the board up wood black before arriving on site. We built out additional structures to insure the property security and makes it difficult to re-enter the property. We close off access and enclose the windows maintaining the properties integrity, this maintains a clean esthetic and appearance for anyone passing though.
